Jeep India Launches Assured Buyback Program for Compass and Meridian SUVs

Delhi. Jeep India has launched its Assured Buyback program for its customers in India. The car manufacturer has introduced this program for the Jeep Compass and Meridian SUVs. Under this program, customers can become car owners without purchasing the vehicle outright. To avail of the Buyback program, customers will need to make a payment of INR 40,000 per month, which will be valid for a maximum period of 4 years.

As part of this plan, a distance limit of 20,000 kilometers per year has been set. This means that customers can drive the purchased car for up to 20,000 kilometers within one year. Let’s explore more benefits of Jeep’s Buyback program.

No Tension for Service and Repair The company has stated that this program aims to enhance consumer experience. Under this program, the responsibility for servicing the purchased car will lie with the company. The amount paid by the customer will cover extended warranty, annual maintenance, roadside assistance, and insurance expenses for the first year. The company has collaborated with ALD Automotive for this program.

Advantages of Buyback The company claims that after the completion of four years, customers can return the SUV to the company. By doing so, the company will pay back 55% of the ex-showroom price of the SUV to the customer, and the customer can use that amount to purchase another car. Under this program, customers can also opt to take the car home on EMI with a minimum interest rate of 27%.

Cities Where the Program Has Been Launched Currently, Jeep India has launched this program in select cities across the country. These cities include Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Ahmedabad. Depending on demand, the company may extend the program to other cities as well.
