Nothing, which entered the smartphone market a few years ago, will launch its Nothing Phone 2 smartphone in India on July 11. The company had introduced the Nothing Ear 2 in the country last year. Along with the launch of Nothing Phone 2, the company may also present the Nothing Ear 2 in black color.
Tipster Roland Quandt (@rquant) has shared the leaked design of the black-colored Nothing Ear 2. It appears to have a similar semi-transparent design as the Nothing Ear 1. Its charging case and earbuds are in black color. The firm had launched the Nothing Ear 2 earbuds in white color for INR 9,999. It can be purchased through Flipkart. The Nothing Ear 2 features active noise cancellation of up to 40 dB, 11.6mm custom drivers, and three AI-supported microphones in each earbud. Both buds have easy touch controls, allowing users to use them without any difficulty. With a single tap, music can be played or paused, and calls can be received or ended.
With two consecutive taps on the Nothing Ear 2, users can skip tracks in their playlist or decline calls. Additionally, by pressing and holding the buds, the active noise cancellation and transparency mode can be toggled. The Nothing Ear 2 supports Bluetooth connectivity. Each earbud has a 33mAh battery, while the charging case has a 485mAh battery. It provides up to 8 hours of listening time with just 10 minutes of charging. The battery of the charging case can last up to 36 hours.
Last year, Nothing Phone 1 was launched in black and white colors, while the Nothing Phone 2 can be available in gray and white colors. Like the Nothing Phone 1, it also has a curved rear panel. The LED strip near the wireless charging area is divided into six sections. It will have 33 lighting zones. Last year, Nothing Phone 1 was launched with the ability to display charging status below the LED strip. The new smartphone will also showcase other settings and features. It will include a volume indicator.
