According to the IMD, on July 14, the sky will be generally cloudy in Delhi and there will be light rain. The maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be 35 degrees Celsius. An orange alert has been issued in Uttar Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is also likely at isolated places over Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, North Haryana, Nagaland, Manipur, East Rajasthan, Bihar, Odisha, Vidarbha, Gujarat, Konkan, Vidarbha, Madhya Maharashtra, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Coastal Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Mahe.
According to the IMD, thunderstorm accompanied with lightning very likely at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, Jharkhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, coastal and south interior Karnataka.
